Which countries do you ship online orders to?

We ship to all countries that appear in the destination menu at the top right-hand side of the screen.

When will I receive my order?

We ships from various warehouses from Canada and Uk therefore the customer might receive more than one shipment for the same order. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. During these times,Giemoto will process orders within 6 to 10 working days When the order dispatched.

Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays* will be processed the next working day.

(*Italian public holidays are on the 1st and 6th of January, Easter Sunday and Monday, 25th of April, 1st of May, 2nd of June, 15th of August, 1st of November, 8th of December, 24th, 25th and 26th December)              

Once an order has been packaged, it will be collected by a courier service DPD,FEDEX,DHL,UPS who will deliver it to the customer. The courier will deliver within three to seven working days in Europe and within four to ten working days across the rest of the world, with the exception of particularly remote areas.

Delivery times may be affected by bad weather, strikes or other unexpected events that cannot be foreseen by GIEMOTO.  

Please note that:
– Items cannot be sent to post box addresses
– All deliveries must be signed for—-                                                              

Shipments leaving for worldwide delivery. will be sent via DHL , DPD , FEDEX or UPS.
